All translations can be done in SDL Trados Studio 2011 and MemoQ, programmes in which the text can be analyzed and the number of words to be translated specified beforehand. It also allows the use of a (customer) translation memory. One advantage of the use of these programmes is the consistent use of terms over multiple translations.

The following types of documents often require a certified translation: death certificates, adoption papers, personal or company status, driving licences, lists of grades, references, and so on.
